I have this great image done by Altered Aperture of a beautiful model in complete suspension bondage.  But the image isn’t typical.  It’s so artfully done.  The photographer also happens to be an award winning rigger, so you see gorgeous rope artfully binding a gorgeous woman in a gorgeous photograph.  Does this count as fetish?  I’m not sure.  I don’t care.  I love this image! (Ok, I do care.  Please let me know if you’d like to see more of these, as I have a ton!)
